Eligibility and professional boundaries

Miltassia provides professional mobile massage appointments for women and couples only. A couple booking consists of two consecutive individual treatment sessions with one practitioner unless expressly agreed otherwise. Sexual or inappropriate requests and unsafe behaviour will result in the appointment ending immediately.

Appointments

A calendar selection creates a temporary hold only. The appointment becomes confirmed after successful payment and confirmation by the booking system. Clients must provide an accurate address, suitable access information and enough clean, warm and safe space for the stated treatment setup.

Payment

The booking total is shown before checkout, and online payments are processed securely through Stripe. The website does not store card numbers. Payment can also be made in cash at the appointment or by using the practitioner’s card reader.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before the agreed appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full treatment price and may not qualify for a refund. Where the practitioner needs to cancel or rearrange because of illness, unsafe travel, unsuitable premises or another circumstance that prevents the treatment from being carried out safely, the customer will be offered a new appointment or a full refund.

Health declaration and suitability

Each attendee must read, complete and electronically sign their own health declaration. Information must be accurate and updated if circumstances change before the appointment. A booking or payment does not guarantee that a particular treatment can safely proceed. The practitioner may adapt, postpone or decline treatment and may recommend medical advice where appropriate.

Medical scope

Massage therapy is not a substitute for diagnosis or medical treatment. Clients should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional for unexplained, severe, worsening or urgent symptoms and must not book while experiencing fever, acute illness or a contagious condition.

Home-visit safety

For all home visits, the treatment area must be safe, clean, appropriately lit and suitable for the treatment being provided. Children, pets and other potential interruptions should be supervised or kept away from the treatment area for the duration of the appointment. The practitioner must have reasonable and unobstructed access to the property, sufficient space to safely set up and use any required equipment, and must be able to leave the premises freely at any time.

Clients should advise us in advance of any access considerations, including stairs, restricted entrances, limited parking, parking permits or charges, or any circumstances that may affect the safe transport and setup of equipment. Additional charges may apply where an appointment is outside the standard travel area or where parking or other agreed travel costs are incurred.

Where appropriate, the practitioner may require a chaperone or another responsible adult to be present. A home visit may be declined, postponed or ended if the environment, access arrangements, behaviour of anyone present, or any other circumstances are considered unsafe or unsuitable for treatment.

Couple bookings

Both attendees must be present at the agreed time and each must complete a separate declaration and signature. Unless the practitioner confirms a different arrangement, the selected service duration and price are doubled to cover two consecutive treatments.
