Visits within the standard service area are included. Extended travel is quoted before confirmation.

Payment

Bookings are paid securely through Stripe after the date, time and health declaration have been completed.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged at the full treatment price and may not qualify for a refund. If Miltassia needs to cancel, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund
